Production Capacity
　　　Jiafang Taicang factory is invested 200 million RMB and covers 80,000 M2. The annual capacity can reach 200,000 tons. The main product is petroleum and natural gas steel pipes. The factory is located in Taicang harbor development area, which is a significant location for vessel shipment and inland transportation. It is only 3km away from the 50,000 tons multi-functional wharf.

Jiafang Taicang factory is well equipped with various production machines and coating facilities, as follows:

1、SIX sets of equipment for producing various SSAW steel pipes in size ranging from 219mm to 3200mm, wall thickness from 4mm to 25mm and line pipe grades from A to X 80.The steel pipe materials are Q235 and Q345.

2、ONE set of equipment for producing various straight welded steel pipes in sizes ranging from DN 219mm to DN 4500mm, wall thickness from 4mm to 40mm and line pipe grades from A to X 70.The steel pipe materials are Q235 and Q345.

3、ONE set of epoxy powder spray coating facilities, including shot-blasting machine, intermediate-frequency heating machine, and epoxy powder spray coating equipment. It can apply advanced epoxy powder coating on the steel pipes in sizes ranging from 219mm to 4300mm.

4、ONE set of 3PE internal and external coating facilities which Jiafang hold shares with HaiLong Coating Joint Venture, which is applicable for the steel pipes in sizes ranging from 150mm to 2420mm. The annual capacity will reach 3 million M2.
