Since early 1990’s, Jiafang has provided various water transmission steel pipes and pipe fittings for Shanghai Waterworks Company and has became one of its nominated processing plant. 

 

　　　In the past twenty years of cooperation with Shanghai Waterworks Co. to produce the water transmission steel pipes, Jiafang, according to the requirements that are continuously enhanced and in light of the real conditions of the company, has invested great amount of money to buy equipment, train workers, bring in experts and improve management. Today Jiafang has possessed 7 sets of production lines for SSAW steel pipes, 3 sets of production lines for various straight welded steel pipes, 2 sets of automatic epoxy powder spray (airless spraying) coating facilities, 2 manual coating lines and one set of expanding equipment for socket pipe, and a working team responsible for manufacturing pipe fittings and field installation, which makes the company capable of providing all units in running water industry with such services as the installation, maintenance, manufacturing small amount of pipe fittings and the reparations on pipelines.

 

　　　Apart from the SSAW steel pipes, longitudinal welded steel pipes and large-diameter socket steel pipes, Jiafang also provide various steel pipe fittings. The primary pipe fittings are shown in the table below, if the client has needs for any special pipe fittings, we will manufacture as per the provided design drawing.
